You are permitted to hold only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
otan4d operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance standards. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months), and any additional documentation we may reasonably request to verify your identity and comply with regulatory obligations. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, and you must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account. otan4d will never ask you to disclose your password via email, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our customer support team.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
otan4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine (at our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our services. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. If your account is closed due to breach of these terms, you forfeit all rights to any account balance, pending bets, and bonus credits.
otan4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as popular e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your otan4d account. We do not permit third-party withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), and up to 24 hours during peak periods or outside business hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place at least Rp 100,000 in bets (whether winning or losing) before requesting a withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
otan4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to pass on excessive transaction costs to Users in cases of unusual withdrawal patterns or suspected abuse.
otan4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (turnover requirements), time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal conditions. otan4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated group betting to guarantee profits, or any other behavior designed to exploit promotional offers rather than use them as intended for entertainment. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at our sole discretion.
Winnings derived from bonus funds can only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, your bonus balance and any winnings from that bonus will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be available for withdrawal.
otan4d reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit bet amounts, or close accounts without providing a reason. All bets are subject to acceptance by otan4d. A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by our system and you have received a confirmation notification. We reserve the right to void bets placed after an event has started or if we detect errors in odds or event information.
All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing bodies and sports federations. In cases where official results are unavailable or disputed, otan4d will use reputable third-party sports data providers to determine outcomes. Settlement decisions made by otan4d are final. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
